We will issue your company an official "Letter of Inclusion" into one of our consortiums. This information will be required should you experience a DOT audit. We will then begin including you in our quarterly updates and testing program to ensure that you meet the minimum Federal test requirement by your modality. you will also receive annual reports of all of your DOT testing activity
